Amazing Portraits.

All the processes have now come together and we have finished our self portraits. 

You can see from our smiles how super proud we are of our art. Mrs K is very impressed at how we have captured ourselves so accurately.

Coding

The children have been learning how to use a coding program. They need to put in a set of instructions so a sequence of actions follow.

Making decisions about direction and background, sharing and communicating were all skills which the children needed to employ. Discovery and problems solved were the result.

 We used Espresso Coding for our computing lesson.

Pop Art!

We have worked in the style of an artist called Andy Warhol. He created work which is called 'Pop Art'. He did a picture of a famous film star called Marilyn Monroe in 1967.

We used an App on the ipads called Color Effects to create these fun pictures.
