Esmee's sunflower

These sunflowers keep on growing. They are getting taller, thicker and the leaves are getting larger. It won't be long before this one will need a stick to support it.

Baby Birds.

As well as watching the new life emerge from their sunflower seeds, Harry and Gracie have also been watching some other new life. A blackbird made her nest in their garden and successfully hatched 3 babies. They have now fledged and flown the nest.

Look at how Gracie and Harry have looked after their seeds. The leaves look massive!

Douglas and Lacey

Douglas had a great time with Lacey in Disneyland Paris and enjoyed his journey on the Eurostar train.
He had great fun at the Disneyland studio's and the Disneyland park.
Douglas got to meet Mickey mouse, Peter pan, Pluto, Rapunzel and enjoyed riding on the Slinky roller coaster, Douglas got a bit scared when Rex the dinosaur tried to eat him. He also enjoyed dressing up as Buzz light year.
He enjoyed the great views from the panoramagique that went really high in the sky.

Tiger Tiles.

when we were looking at reversible and irreversible changes we used clay. We discovered that once it had been fired in the kiln it would not change back to soft clay again. We used the clay to make a 'tiger tile'. Now they have been painted and varnished they look fabulous
